As we wrap up a fantastic project, with a a fantastic client, we found the above photo in project documentation archives. What you see above is a photo of our Director of Project Management and Professional Development, Natalie Malawey-Ednie, looking out over Nasdaq’s, then in-progress, fit-out at FMC tower. The photo is from several months ago, back in the early winter of 2017. It was captured by construction cameras, installed by Nasdaq to monitor construction safety and progress throughout the project. One evening, someone captured this moment of Natalie taking it all in as the project was coming up on completion.
Nasdaq officially moved into their 75,000 square foot office space at FMC tower several weeks ago. Nasdaq celebrated the successful move and significant moment in the company’s Philadelphia history with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The space has come a long way since Watchdog first started on the project, while building core and shell were still under construction. Watchdog worked closely with Nasdaq and the building developer, Brandywine Realty Trust, to ensure that all critical components of Nasdaq’s space, including a customer data center (CDC), intercommunicating staircase and cafe areas, were delivered according to Nasdaq’s expectations and priorities.

This was an exciting project that Watchdog was thrilled to be part of. The moment captured in this photo represents Watchdog’s project management at it’s core: taking it all in, and having our client’s back every step of the way.
