Philadelphia, PA, October 4, 2018- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Michele DiVeterano as Associate Project Manager.
Michele is a dedicated and trustworthy Associate Project Manager. She is a fast learner with keen attention to detail, allowing her to seamlessly integrate into her projects and pick up the nuances of each client. Throughout her career in project management, she has worked with a wide variety of clients, including clients in the corporate sector, as well as health care and institutional clients. Michele is confident and capable and takes pride in the trust that her clients place in her to execute projects of significant magnitude.
Prior to Watchdog, Michele served as an Associate Project Manager at an Owner’s Representation firm. While there, she supported a diverse group of clients through all phases of construction and master planning. She led project initiatives including relocation management, design, and construction selection, writing and issuing RFPs, bid leveling and extensive contract review and negotiation support. Once awarded, Michele served as the liaison between all project consultants and her clients.
Michele had a critical role in the completion of a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit facility in Delaware. She saw the project from a critical point through completion. Along the way, Michele developed a strong rapport with her client, as well as with all vendors with whom she was coordinating. Michele’s relationship building skills, as well as her organization, have earned her high regards in the industry.

Michele also has experience working with McSpain Properties, where she managed out of the ground construction projects, as well as a large historic renovation project.
Michele has a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University and is currently enrolled at Jefferson University, working towards her Master’s in Construction Management.
