Watchdog Real Estate Project Management Announces the Hiring of Rebecca Finlan

Philadelphia, PA, November 19, 2018- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Rebecca Finlan as Senior Project Manager.


Rebecca is a seasoned and detail-oriented project manager. Throughout her career in project management, Rebecca has honed strong negotiation and project finance skills. She is experienced in all aspects of the development and construction process, including entitlement, filing, permitting, closeout, leasing and property management.


Rebecca joins us from TDX Construction Corporation where she served as a Program Manager for 5 years. As Program Manager, Rebecca’s primary client was the New York City School Construction Authority. Rebecca provided a range of construction management services for projects with accelerated timelines for schools throughout the 5 boroughs of New York.  Projects included the conversion of leased spaces to school facilities, the construction of school-based health care clinics, installation of systems such as chillers, boilers and generators, the installation of sidewalk bridges, masonry repairs, pre-construction services and more.


Prior to TDX, Rebecca worked for the New York City Housing Authority in the Capital Projects Division of the Office of the Executive Vice President. Rebecca served as the external liaison managing capital projects for public housing developments. Her responsibilities included overseeing project scopes, budgets and timelines, and managing projects from concept to completion.


Rebecca has also worked for the New York City Economic Development corporation, Rockrose Development Corporation and Arthur Anderson, LLP. Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
