Philadelphia, PA, February 17, 2017- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Barbara Schiavo, LEED Green Associate as Project Manager.
Barbara has been active in the project management and construction field throughout her entire career. She has managed construction projects throughout the country for over 10 years. Barbara has experience in retail openings and renovations, healthcare facilities and corporate interior fit-outs and relocations, and more. Through her career, she has faced strict deadlines and thus understands the importance of meeting those deadlines staying within budget requirements.
In her previous role, Barbara was the Director of Store Planning for US Vision. She served as the direct point of contact for major commercial brands, and put a personal emphasis on availability and reliability. In this role, she was responsible for all store openings and renovations for optical retail spaces and doctor’s offices throughout multiple departments stores across the country. Barbara was also responsible for all maintenance issues, liaising with the host store, as well as hiring and supervising talent for her team.
