Philadelphia, PA, February 22, 2017- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Joseph A. Farah, LEED as Senior Project Manager.
Joseph has over 25 years of experience and expertise directing multi-million-dollar construction projects, out of the ground developments, program management and expansion projects. He has managed large-scale projects across all market sectors from initial planning stages through design, construction and project close-out. He has served clients in every sector from healthcare to higher-education, to corporate sector clients, technology, non-profit, retail and more.
Prior to working for Watchdog, Joseph worked as a senior project manager at Jones Lang LaSalle. While there, he managed entire project teams on healthcare, higher education and corporate projects, including multi-site programs. Joseph managed a team of project managers who reported to him. Together, his team managed renovations for over 100 retail stores, 20 of which were Joseph’s sole responsibility. He also often advised clients and project teams on the appropriate project delivery type. Prior to Jones LaSalle, Joseph worked as a senior project manager for Wohlsen Construction as well as for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
