Philadelphia, PA, March 17, 2017- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Ryan Flannery as Associate Project Manager.
Ryan joins Watchdog with a strong resume of experience doing property management, building inspections, property risk consulting and property development in Sydney, Australia. He has a great deal of experience in risk management and consulting, where he was responsible for investigating significant incidents, determining a root-cause analysis, and ultimately recommending a path for prevention of re-occurrence.
In his most recent role as National Risk Manager for The Interisk Group, Ryan served across retail, office and industrial property portfolios. He provided risk management and health and safety guidelines for all properties within these portfolios, while simultaneously managing and monitoring multiple consultants to ensure successful completion of all services and contracts. Ryan performed the responsibilities associated with a project manager during this role: reviewing all plans and making recommendations for process improvements, budget forecasting, vendor management and training and more. He regularly reported on project process and findings in order to maintain communication and due diligence.
“Adding an expert in risk management to the Watchdog team is major win not only for our organization, but for all of our current and future clients. Because of the collaborative and communicative culture at Watchdog, we will all learn from Ryan’s knowledge of risk management. Ryan’s experience adds to the diverse mix of project management experience that we have at Watchdog. Our PMs will be able to learn from Ryan and better serve their clients in risk management and avoidance,” says Stephen Fean, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.
Watchdog is thrilled add Ryan to our team. His experience, work ethic, leadership and rapport with clients are an excellent match for our culture and the Watchdog core values.
