Philadelphia, PA, August 29, 2017- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Sam McGovern as Associate Project Manager.
Sam graduated from Washington College with a Bachelor of Arts in business and economics. Since then, he has worked in several areas of the real estate industry. Most recently, he was a Lead Project Manager at White Heron Group in Annapolis, MD. In this role, he led all analytical reporting and due diligence for potential acquisitions, purchases, rehabs and sales impacting the company’s portfolio. He also managed budgets and expenses for projects, as well as organizing and communicating employee schedules.
Prior to this role, Sam worked as a production supervisor for NVR, Inc. in Tampa, Florida. There, he oversaw the development, completion and execution of new home building operations within a large community. He managed all budgets associated with the project, and implemented quality assurance measures for end-users. Sam was recognized for producing quality projects and for his effective leadership in managing a large team of employees.
