Philadelphia, PA, May 24, 2018- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Meagan Whetstone as Project Manager.

Meagan brings an extensive background in architecture to our team. Most recently, Meagan is joining us from DIGSAU Architecture & Urbanism. At DIGSAU, she served as a Project Designer and was responsible for initiating and developing design concepts, managing consultant relationships, leading concurrent projects and managing client relationships. She also developed construction documents, generated graphics and presentations and managed and oversaw design detailing and construction administration.

Meagan worked on some large and well-known projects in the City of Philadelphia such as the Yards Brewery, a 70,000 square foot abandoned factory turned state of the art brewery and tasting room; the Parkside Youth Sports Facility, where she wrote and compiled final feasibility studies and conceptual designs; and the Adaptimmune Office Campus, a 50,000 square foot core and shell development at The Navy Yard.

Meagan’s previous work experience includes time at Stokes Architecture, Interface Studio Architects and Jenny Sabin Studio. Throughout her career, she has worked on many projects local to Philadelphia, but also projects throughout the country, becoming familiar with managing projects both onsite and remotely.

“Meagan’s strong architectural background is an asset to our project management team, as well as to our clients.” Says Steve Fean, President. “We will benefit from her background, education and experience. We identified in Meagan an ability to prioritize the details and nuances that matter most to clients. Meagan’s experience will be a wonderful addition to our team. But her client-focus, her attention to detail and her character are what make her an ideal fit for Watchdog.”

Meagan has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Urbanism from Smith College and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.

Please join us in welcoming Meagan to our team!
