FMC Corporation is a specialty company serving agricultural, industrial and consumer markets globally with innovative solutions, applications and quality products. FMC employs approximately 7,000 people throughout the world with their US headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

Watchdog completed the development of FMCs brand new 280,000 SF office space in the state of the art 47 story out of the ground tower built by developer Brandywine Realty Trust. FMC is the anchor tenant of this development, and owns the naming rights of the building. Watchdog oversaw all aspects of the interior fit-out while the core and shell of the building were still under construction. Construction of the core and shell was managed by the developer, however, Watchdog leveraged the schedule and resources of the core and shell construction in order to maximize efficiency of FMC’s schedule.

FMC’s new office space includes a private café for employees, an entire floor devoted to advanced conference facilities and an open-concept design. FMC used the design of their space to encourage increased collaboration and partnership amongst team members. Watchdog came onboard at conception of the project and provided full-scope project management services.
