Watchdog went through cost analysis studies with Fox Rothschild to evaluate their needs and provide the most feasible, cost efficient option.
Fox Rothschild LLP is a Pennsylvania based corporate law firm with over 400 lawyers. They have expanded to 14 offices across the United States and specialize in 44 different practice groups.
When evaluating their Philadelphia office needs, Fox Rothschild considered the option of renewing at their current location and renovating the existing space, or relocating to a new building. Watchdog went through cost analysis studies with Fox Rothschild to evaluate their needs and provide the most feasible, cost efficient option. In the end, Fox Rothschild chose to expand within their current location and build out the 110,000SF space. Watchdog managed the demolition and renovation of Fox’s space, while it was still continuously being occupied by their employees.
While analyzing the option to relocate vs. renovate their space, Watchdog created a potential budget and schedule for each location that was being considered. Once Fox Rothschild decided to stay put and expand in their current location, Watchdog took on the task to hire all prospective vendors for the project, which included creating and distributing RFPs, analysis of all submitted proposals to ensure that each had quality pricing and a thorough understanding of the project’s scope and answer all questions contractors had to make sure the project was completed properly.
In order to expedite the construction process, Watchdog submitted for a Building Permit, and ensured that all lead order items were ordered in time for the contractors, so nothing was held up. Once all pre-construction organization was accomplished, Watchdog went on to coordinate all vendor activity, and organize all incoming invoices for Fox Rothschild’s convenience. We also produced all meeting minutes and a weekly Project Status Report for them to review.
