GSK engaged Watchdog Real Estate Project Management to assist in the decommissioning and relocation coordination of 13 various GSK offices. These offices were either consolidating with another location, or opening a brand new location. The project spanned throughout the east coast. Watchdog coordinated all move activities with over 30 GSK vendors as well as the decommissioning of each location. Details included shipping of critical IT equipment, IT equipment liquidation, furniture liquidation, disposing of confidential materials and securely shipping critical files to various locations across the US. Watchdog was the single point of contact for all activities.
