Watchdog has worked on a number of projects for Mercy Health System. Most recently, Watchdog was hired by Mercy Health System to manage a 77,943 SF renovation.

Our team oversaw construction of an occupied space. Mercy Health had to remain operational during renovations. Therefore, our team created a 9-phase renovation schedule so as not to disrupt occupants. During each phase, employees and patient rooms were relocated to temporary space to remain functional. Watchdog acted as Mercy Health System’s owner’s representative and oversaw vendor procurement, contract administration, construction administration, budget and schedule management, project documentation as well as project close-out.
