  • Solicited proposals from developers.
  • Analyzed proposals and made final recommendation.

Watchdog worked with Penn State Health at their Hershey Medical Center facility. Watchdog was engaged at the very initial stages of the project to manage the build-out of a three-story, 90,000 square foot clinical outpatient facility.

In the early stages of project development, Watchdog coordinated efforts with the landowner and solicited proposals from development firms to develop the property. During this stage, Watchdog worked closely with Penn State Health to carefully define the scope of work.

Penn State Health was looking for a true partner in their developer. Watchdog carefully identified a list of potential developers who would be invested in the project in multiple ways.

Upon solicitation, Watchdog reviewed all responses and leveled all bids. Our team led interviews with all developers, which Penn State Health attended. Following interviews, Watchdog completed a final review and analysis of all developer options and made a final recommendation to Penn State Health.

Watchdog made a final recommendation to Penn State Health and facilitated all contract negotiations.
