Watchdog’s industry knowledge, guidance and support were instrumental factors in the successful completion of this project, and my hands down decision to award [our] next project (mission impossible) to Watchdog as well.
Watchdog was first hired by Sungard, now known as FIS, to manage a project in Malvern, PA. The 2-story building had to be stripped to its original steel and rebuilt to meet current township and code requirements. Because Watchdog was able to seamlessly integrate into the company’s culture, Watchdog has since completed projects for Sungard across the country. No matter the city, Watchdog managed all project schedules and budgets, coordinated will all project team consultants and managed the physical relocation.
Our project managers traveled onsite as much as necessary in order to ensure for a consistent and successful project delivery.
When Sungard was purchased by FIS, the company had to adopt the FIS’s global brand. This meant that at each Sungard office across the country, all signage and branding had to be completely overhauled and transformed into the FIS brand standards.
Sungard and FIS relied on Watchdog to make this happen. Our project management team procured signage and fixtures from local vendors all across the country, ensuring that each and every piece that was produced was in-line with the FIS brand. This meant careful coordination with all signage vendors, installers and the FIS marketing team. These projects were implemented with out error and Sungard has successfully adopted the FIS brand at all locations.
Watchdog has completed work for SunGard across the United States in various cities such as:
- Miami, FL
- Charlotte, NC
