How does Watchdog’s culture fit with what you were looking for in a company?
I wanted to work for a company where I could learn and grow but still be able to have a good work-life balance.
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
I’m looking forward to learning and growing with the company. I liked hearing that I’m given a mentor and that I can go to anyone for suggestions and advice.
What are your favorite aspects of working in the project management industry?
I enjoy going on-site and interacting with the clients and vendors. In particular, I like being on-site during the construction phase where I can help identify different problems and make sure the project is staying on schedule.
