Client standards and their implementation are vital for any client project. Addressing these standards early establishes the client’s programmatic needs and the needs of each department. As project managers, our job is to ensure the client’s needs are clearly defined and incorporated while still allowing the architect the ability to enhance the standard with its own aesthetic.
One way that Watchdog ensures each client is achieving their programmatic goals is through the use of a project charter. This charter clearly identifies the unique needs of each client by addressing all aspects of the project background, history and overall mission statement which guides the team over the course of the project. Watchdog uses this charter as a road-map to create a unique, one of one experience ultimately ending in a successful project completion.
