In this episode of Project Management Pioneers, Watchdog’s Director of Hospitality, Oliver Carley, speaks about Property Improvement Programs.
A Property Improvement Program, also known as a “PIP” is a document that is handed out by the hospitality brand to the owner when they purchase a new property. This document is a scope of work narrative that lists a number of items that the owner has to complete in order to maintain their brand compliance. These items include updates in furniture as well as changes to be made in the public areas and corridors alike.
Watchdog will work with the owners to put together an overall cost estimate before meeting with the architect to ensure that their scope of services cover all of the details listed in the document.
