Watchdog Real Estate Project Management is excited to announce the addition of the newest member of our West Coast team, David Akenhead. As a Senior Project Manager, David will sit in our Los Angeles office and will begin work immediately with our West Coast & portfolio clients.
Mr. Akenhead brings a decade of experience in redeveloping high-profile properties across numerous industry sectors and geographic locations. Having overseen projects in California and Hawaii, David holds industry relationships and experiences which make him a well versed project manager. In addition to his project management experience, he has also filled the role of cost estimator, which will greatly benefit our clients across the country.

Mr. Akenhead earned his Associate of Science in Business Technologies from Delaware Technical and Community College and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Green Management from Florida International University.
