Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Dodie Williams as a Director to our Philadelphia team.
Dodie brings over seventeen years of project management experience to Watchdog with experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including project management, program management, site assessments, and due diligence.
In her last role, Dodie led a team of twenty-one professionals on twenty-one different projects in nine cities. Dodie has worked with clients across multiple industries including QVC, Vanguard, Lombard International, and The Wells Fargo Center.

Dodie is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Business Administration. She is a LEED Accredited Professional from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
