Watchdog is pleased to announce that Ms. Viechnicki has joined the firm’s project management staff in the Philadelphia office. As a Project Manager, Ms. Viechnicki will lead clients and project teams from conception through occupancy and closeout to ensure each project implementation achieves the goals and objectives of her clients.
With nearly a decade of experience as an architect in the industry, Ms. Viechnicki has worked on a myriad of projects across the northeast region ranging in sizes up to roughly 1.3 million square feet. Katie values teamwork and communication across the project life cycle and with her multidisciplinary background, will add tremendous value to the firm’s existing and future clients.
The Watchdog team sat down with Katie to learn what she was most looking forward to in her new role as a Project Manager.

What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
As an Architect, I’m eager to leverage my knowledge and my multidisciplinary background to refocus with a new lens as a Project Manager.
What most excites you about working in the project management industry?
For me, my excitement and drive comes from participating in meeting where there is a flurry of ideas, various methods of problem solving, and tangible solutions.
