Building core and shell construction is being managed by Brandywine Realty Trust
GeoBlue engaged Watchdog early on in their headquarters relocation decision. Our project management team was involved during lease negotiations to ensure that base building specs provided by landlord Brandywine Realty Trust would accommodate the needs of our client. We also worked with GeoBlue to establish a firm GMP (Guaranteed Max Price).
Concrete has been poured for all four floors
Throughout the headquarters relocation process, Watchdog has worked with GeoBlue to procure all vendors and contractors who are involved in this project. Our team authored and distributed all RFPS and leveled all bids upon receipt. After awarding contracts, our team is now overseeing each vendor to ensure the project schedule is on target.
