Los Angeles, CA, June 21, 2019– Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Francisco Lopez as Project Manager.
Francisco is an experienced engineer and project manager with expertise in managing new construction and improvement projects for public and private clients. Throughout his career, Francisco has managed projects through all stages of design and construction and engineering practices. Francisco has managed projects for clients across multiple industries including education, corporate businesses, as well as public sector projects.
Prior to Watchdog, Francisco served as a Project Engineer at EUR Consulting and Development in Torrance, CA. While there, he managed construction projects throughout procurement, design, pre-bid, construction, and close-out. Francisco also served as a Project Engineer II for the Build-LACCD Bond Construction Program. In this role, he managed up to five concurrent projects at Los Angeles Pierce College. He also has experience as a Project Engineer with ECM Group in Los Angeles, CA.

Throughout his career, Francisco has reported to many executive-level clients, making him a great fit for Watchdog’s client-first focus. He has a great deal of experience in navigating the role of liaison between the owner and various consultants and his insights into the Los Angeles market will bring market knowledge and awareness to his clients.
Francisco holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University. He is part of the Chi Epsilon Civil Engineer Honors Society.
