Philadelphia, PA, June 21, 2019- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Michael Schlesinger as Associate Project Manager.
Michael has a background in property management for high-end, luxury quality properties. As an experienced property manager, Michael has managed capital improvement projects and annual budget projections across multiple projects and timeframes. To keep projections on target, Michael maintained strict schedule adherence across all projects, efficiently managing schedules and change order requests to ensure quality.
In managing multiple properties, Michael has extensive experience in budget creation and management. He knows the importance of creative problem solving and pursuing contract bidding to find cost effective solutions for capital improvement projects. Michael expects quality performance from his contractors and vendors and holds his consultants to their contractual agreements. He is an organized leader who is well respected by his project team members.

As an Associate Project Manager, Michael will handle all project reporting, attend meetings and record meeting minutes, disseminate project related information to appropriate team members, manage meeting attendance and scheduling, and track all invoices. With his project teams, Michael will advocate on behalf of his clients at all times.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College. He also attended the Temple University Real Estate Institute, where he earned honors for his coursework.
