Watchdog Real Estate Project Management Announces the Hiring of Stephanie Bongartz

Philadelphia, PA, June 19, 2019- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Stephanie Bongartz as Associate Project Manager.


Stephanie has a background in interior design and planning, leading design efforts for a variety of healthcare, corporate and hospitality projects. Throughout her career, she has provided hands on programming and provided management and oversight to ensure that teams are working at maximum efficiency. She is a versatile project manager with strong communication and management skills.


Prior to Watchdog, Stephanie served as a Planner and Designer for Partners by Design. While there, she provided hands on programming for a major pharmaceutical company. While providing onsite management, she oversaw satellite office activities, keeping it up to date with current company standards and policies. Stephanie also worked as a Senior Design for Spectrum, a Certified Herman Miller dealer as well as for Brennan’s office interiors and Aldamlouji + Parker Architects.


Throughout her career, Stephanie has managed projects of all sizes both remotely and providing onsite project management. She has extensive experience in managing project communications- taking in requests from vendors and effectively communicating with the client. While managing projects, Stephanie works closely with her clients to provide regular project updates and meet budget and schedule requirements. She understands the many pieces that must go together to deliver a successful project.

As an Associate Project Manager, Stephanie will handle all project reporting, attend meetings and record meeting minutes,  disseminate project related information to appropriate team members, manage meeting attendance and scheduling, and track all invoices. With her project team, Stephanie will advocate on her client’s behalf at all times.


Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architectural design from Philadelphia University.
