Philadelphia, PA, June 9, 2017- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Anne Marie Fontaine as Senior Project Manager.
Anne Marie has over 22 years of experience in real estate project management and owner’s representation. Most recently, she has done a great deal of owner’s representation for Philadelphia area charter schools like the Tech Freire Charter School in Philadelphia, Master Gillespie Charter School and Freire Charter School in Wilmington, DE. Because of the nature of charter timelines and funding, these projects required close attention and tracking of budget and schedule. Projects had to be completed in time to get a Certificate of Occupancy in order to be recognized by the school district. Project progress communication was critical to these clients, and Anne Marie built a reputation for strong client satisfaction.
Throughout Anne Marie’s career, she has served not only as a project manager, but has also provided facilities support services, design and construction consulting and mechanical and electrical review services, early on in her career. Anne Marie spent more than 8 years working for Thomas Jefferson University, overseeing anywhere from 20-30 simultaneous projects.
“Anne Marie’s long career will elevate the entire team at Watchdog. She has experience managing projects of all kinds: laboratories, corporate offices, medical office buildings, MEP and electrical renovations and more. Her experience in healthcare and education markets is exactly the type of experience that we were looking for to continue to diversify our team. We know that Anne Marie will be a resource of knowledge within Watchdog. “
Watchdog is thrilled add Anne Marie to our team. Her industry experience, leadership and reputation for client satisfaction are an ideal fit with the Watchdog culture and core values. Please help us in welcoming Anne Marie to our team.
