Philadelphia, PA, September 6, 2017- Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Steven Munz as Senior Project Manager.
Steven is a commercial real estate development specialist and senior project manager with expertise in a wide variety of real estate transactions and developments. He has spent the last 7 years in development and consulting for major organizations and the last 10 years in managing people, project teams in the real estate industry.
In Steven’s most recent role, he served as a Senior Project Manager for Catalyst Commercial Development. While there, he led all aspects of commercial real estate projects as the owner’s representative. With his supervision, his teams managed all aspects of major projects from initially defining the scope of work and design, through permitting, procurement, negotiations, budget and schedule management through delivery.
Prior to Catalyst Commercial Development, Steven was a project manager at Remington Group. Here, his projects ranged from ground-up construction with full land development to building renovations and tenant fit-outs. He worked on several projects that applied for public funding, specifically RACP grants. Steven acted as the third party RACP grand manager on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and secured millions of dollars in grants for his clients.
Steven has provided owner’s representation for clients and projects came from many different industry sectors including retail, multi-family and higher-education. Working for such diverse clients has elevated Steven’s agility and flexibility in molding to the client’s culture and processes.
