Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Nina Monzo as Project Manager to their Philadelphia office.
Ms. Monzo joins Watchdog after spending seven years as a Project Manager with Liberty Property Trust. Over her tenure at LPT, she managed projects for clients in multiple industries including the corporate office, hospitality, and pharmaceutical sectors.
In her new role, Ms. Monzo will serve Watchdog’s clients in all phases of project management including site selection guidance, budget management, vendor coordination, construction oversight and project close outs.

Nina received her Bachelor’s degrees in business and engineering from Drexel University. She also holds a Certification in Associate Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.
