Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Katherine Schultz as Associate Project Manager to their Philadelphia office.
Ms. Schultz joins Watchdog after working as a Project Engineer with Clark Construction in Bethesda, MD. During her tenure with Clark, Katherine worked on multiple projects across various industries. Her responsibilities included ensuring quality control measures were followed, providing due diligence, project scheduling, cost analysis, and site close-out.
Ms. Schultz is skilled in communicating with client teams, sub-contractors, trade partners, design teams, and owners. She has demonstrated her ability to successfully manage projects from conception to completion.

Katherine received her MBA from Cornell University and her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geology from Colgate University. She is a LEED Green Associate and holds an OSHA 10-hour Certification.
