Our team sat with Larry to hear what he was most looking forward to in joining the firm.
Why did you (Larry) choose to come to Watchdog?
I interviewed with other PM firms and found that Watchdog was far more dynamic than all other firms which allows continued growth in my career.
How does Watchdog’s culture fit with what you were looking for in a company?
I couldn’t ask for a better culture. I came to Watchdog after many years working with other firms that were too rigid and demanding without consideration for employee growth.
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
To learn as much as possible and share that information by mentoring.
What are your favorite aspects of working in the project management industry?
Client and design professional interaction. I’m a people person and always appreciate meeting all types of individuals to learn and understand their roles as professionals.
