Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Andrew Laux as a Project Manager to our Philadelphia team.
Andrew most recently served as a Project Manager with a national brokerage real estate firm. Over the last seven years, Andrew has managed corporate office fit outs as well as industrial, pharmaceutical, and healthcare construction projects. Throughout his time in the region, Andrew has worked with clients such as Fannie Mae, Adidas, True Value, and AARP. Andrew also has a strong background in project financials and scheduling. On any given project, Andrew will be responsible for all executive and C-Suite level reporting to our clients to keep them informed from conception through completion.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
