Watchdog Real Estate Project Management, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Ashlee Cohen as an Associate Project Manager.
Ashlee joined Watchdog as an intern in August and proved to be an asset to our LA team, providing exceptional support for multiple clients.
Ashlee most recently served as an urban designer/project and operations manager within an urban design studio, the Design Workshop. She successfully led consultations with a wide range of clients, managing a full spectrum of projects, focusing on deliverable implementation. She also partnered with other departments/teams to establish process improvement initiatives for firm wide efforts.
Ashlee has a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from the Virginia Tech and is also active in a number of associations including the Urban Land Institute, the US Green Building Council, and the Association of Women in Architecture & Design. She is a certified LEED Green Associate, is a Certified Associate of Project Management, and is a certified Construction Documentation Technician.
