In this episode of Project Management Pioneers, Watchdog Project Manager Michele DiVeterano, Associate Steve Takoushian, and Director Ryan Alligood share an inside look at a typical day as a project manager.

For Michele, her day starts bright and early checking in on emails and preparing for the day ahead. She then heads out to go to whatever client site she is visiting that day. Travel can range depending on the client, but it is not uncommon to have to travel more than an hour—even up to three hours—to visit a site.

Once at the space, she is meeting with the contractors, documenting progress through notes and photos, and then reporting all of that back to the client. Generally, the client is on-site, that’s why we’re there—to be their eyes and ears!

Steven says there is no such thing as a typical day as there are a variety of things that need to be done on a given day from project meetings to site walk-throughs and everything in between.

No matter the task at hand, your Watchdog team is ready to jump in an get the job done.
