Francine Jaramillo, a Project Manager at Watchdog based in our Los Angeles Office, is passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate and project goals. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, holds a Project Management Certificate from UCLA and is also a Project Management Professional (PMP). Watchdog insider interviewed Francine this week about her experience in project management.

Where do you feel like your strengths lie during a project?

I’m extremely organized and detail oriented and I really enjoy the process of laying out everything and organizing it. The difference is in the details.

What makes you proud to work at Watchdog?

“I love the variety of markets that Watchdog is working in, and I’m proud of how quickly we’re growing. Everyone has been a great resource for any help we need on any project.”

What do you like most about project management?

“I like that projects have a start and end. You get to go from conception to completion and see your work as a finished project. Then you’re able to start all over again with a new project! There are so many different types of projects and industries, it keeps things exciting.”
