
Watchdog welcomed five new employees to both our Philadelphia and Los Angeles teams this month.

Lori Strasser joined our Philadelphia team as Director this month. Lori has over 3 decades of interior design, change management, and workplace strategy experience. Most recently, Lori served as Vice President, Consulting & Workplace Services, where she led the delivery of specialized services such as workplace strategy, strategic occupancy planning, change management, and IWMS implementations while concurrently overseeing the growth and development of the program and various delivery segments for these services. At Watchdog, Lori will assist in our change management and workplace strategy services. Lori is a Drexel University alumnus and also holds NCIDQ and QPCR certifications.
Jennifer Loeper joined our team as Senior Project Manager. Jennifer brings a strong facility planning and project management background to Watchdog and has proven successful in a wide variety of market sectors throughout her career. She recently worked as Director of Project Management Office (PMO), where she provided strategic leadership in a matrix environment for the portfolio of university capital projects and deferred maintenance projects. Jennifer is a Shippensburg University alum and holds PMP and OSHA 30 credentials.
Max Hochanadel joined our team as Project Manager. Max has 10 years of industry experience, in which he has worked on projects in the healthcare, corporate, retail, education, non-profit, and food service sectors, among others. He has the proven ability to identify, assess, and perform the required planning, management, and administration necessary for complex construction projects as well as a strong track record for results-driven relationship management and project leadership. Max is a Washington State University alumnus, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Construction Management.
Aly Andrews joined our Los Angeles team as Project Manager. Aly has over 7 years of project management experience with an emphasis on large, complex, and phased office buildouts all over the country. Aly is a University of Michigan alum, where she earned her Bachelor of Architecture as well as her Master of Urban Planning. She is NCI Charrette Management Certified and holds her AICP and LEED Green Associate credentials.
