Lauryn Burnett joined our Los Angeles team as a Project Manager II in August. With 20 years of experience serving as the President of an LA based general contractor. During this time, she oversaw all aspects of the organization’s projects within the portfolio. Before joining Watchdog Lauryn oversaw many projects in the government sector handling anything from demolition to space renovation. Lauryn has also worked with clients looking to install or upgrade Covid-19 safe fixtures. With Watchdog, Lauryn will continue to deliver technical knowledge and expertise in all aspects of construction in order to best support clients in a variety of market sectors. Lauryn is a California State University, Dominguez Hill alumna.
Paul Mickle joined our Philadelphia team as a Project Manager in August. Recently, Paul served as a Project and Facilities Coordinator for a global commercial real estate services firm. Paul brings a strong background in supervising vendors, monitoring project scheduling and budget tracking of various price points. At Watchdog, Paul will continue to work with clients to ensure their projects are completed within budget, and on schedule. Paul is an alumnus of Drexel University.
Monica Dahlgren joined the Los Angeles team as a Project Manager. Monica brings a strong background in retail buildouts and historic renovations. A most recent project delt with the conversion of a historic theater into a retail space. During the one-year timeframe Monica oversaw the full exterior restoration and interior conversion to meet the retailers needs. With 8 years of experience, she is skilled in all phases of project management from conception to completion. Clients can count on Monica’s organizational skills and focus on financial well-being. In the past, she has handled budgets anywhere from $5,500,000 to $40,000,000. Monica is an alumna of University of Vermont, she is LEED AP ID+C and OSHA 30 certified.
