

Watchdog welcomed three new employees to our Philadelphia and Los Angeles teams this past month. Frank Janicek and Matthew Rocchi joined our Philadelphia office, and Nour Chaaban joined our Los Angeles office.
On the East Coast, Frank Janicek joined our Philadelphia office as Senior Project Manager. Frank has diverse experience in real estate, corporate finance, engineering, and consulting, and has demonstrated success across a broad spectrum of project types throughout his career. In addition, he has served as the owner’s representative for the design and construction of the vertical improvements for multi-family community development and townhome projects throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Frank holds his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, his MBA from University of Texas, San Antonio, his LEED AP BD+C credential, and is a registered P.E. in Pennsylvania and Texas.
Nour Chaaban joined our Los Angeles office as Project Manager. Nour is experienced in the planning, management, and oversight of commercial interior renovation projects including the attainment of land-use entitlements and project permits throughout various jurisdictions within Southern California. In her prior role, Nour was responsible for all bidding/estimating activities, maintaining quality control, preparing AIA contracts, and monitoring project submittals across numerous wide-ranging projects concurrently. Nour holds her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies & Affairs from California State University, Northridge, as well as her OSHA 30 credential.
Watchdog Professional Search (WPS) also welcomed Matthew Rocchi to our Philadelphia team as Associate Recruiter, where he will be supporting the team’s recruiting and sales efforts. Recruitment Consultant for Mason Frank International, where he was responsible for securing new corporate accounts, expanding existing customer relationships, and executing recruiting projects. Matthew holds his Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) with a minor in Human Resources from Bloomsburg University.
