Watchdog welcomed four new employees to both our Philadelphia and Los Angeles offices this month. Heidi Segall Levy and Jackie Palmer joined the firm’s project management team, while Josh Reyes and Parker Wolf joined the firm’s business development team.
Heidi Segall Levy joined the Philadelphia office as Senior Project Manager. She brings three decades of experience in the industry, where she has worked in a variety of capacities. Throughout her career, Heidi has worked diligently in the nonprofit sector amongst others, providing preliminary design services to organizations, while raising awareness about the importance of design in revitalizing communities. Heidi earned her Master of Architecture from Syracuse University and is a registered architect in the state of Pennsylvania. She also serves as a mentor for the Penn Women in Architecture and the AIA Philadelphia Women in Architecture mentorship programs and is an Advisory Board Member for the Citizens Planning Institute.
Our Los Angeles team welcomed Josh Reyes this month. As Business Development Manager, he will support the office’s growth and expansion while serving as an ambassador in the marketplace. Josh holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rutgers University and has worked in a variety of capacities in the real estate industry over the past 5 years.
Parker Wolf joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as Business Development Manager, bringing with him a strong business development and inside sales background. He is a graduate of Ursinus College, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Applied Economics.
As Project Manager, Jackie Palmer brings a strong design and engineering background to the Philadelphia project management team and has nearly 20 years of industry experience. Most recently, Jackie supervised demolition and construction progress on a variety of projects and developed permit and construction drawings in compliance with the City of Philadelphia’s planning and historical commission for mixed-use projects. Jackie earned her Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and is LEED AP BD+C certified.
