Philadelphia, PA, August 25, 2021: Watchdog Real Estate Project Management Welcomes Ms. Lainie Sitko, MCRw, CFM.

Watchdog Real Estate Project Management is pleased to announce the hiring of Ms. Lainie Sitko, who joined the Philadelphia office this week as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, Ms. Sitko will be responsible for leading project teams in successfully implementing her clients’ mission, vision, and project objectives while ensuring all project milestones are met.

“Lainie brings an extensive background in real estate, workplace strategy and facilities management to Watchdog,” said Stephen Fean, President. “We are thrilled to welcome Lainie to our team and excited to see the impact she will have on our clients.”

Ms. Sitko brings over two decades of experience to Watchdog in workplace strategy, real estate planning, and facilities management. Having worked with organizations such as Vertex, Inc. and SDI Health (formerly Verispan LLC), Ms. Sitko offers a unique perspective coming from the end-user side and provides intellectual capital to the firm’s clients. Ms. Sitko holds a Master of Corporate Real Estate with Workplace emphasis (MCRw) certification as well as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation. Additionally, she is a proud member of the international and local chapters of CoreNet as well as the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).

Our team met with Ms. Sitko to discuss her excitement to join the organization.

Why did you (Lainie) choose to come to Watchdog?

“I had been a client of Watchdog’s for many years and have always been a fan of the talent that comes from the company.  Joining Watchdog gives me the opportunity to transition from client to consultant so that I can have a more well-rounded view and offer my talent to clients who can benefit from my experiences.”

How does Watchdog’s culture fit with what you were looking for in a company?

“Having worked for much larger companies, I was looking for a company with a smaller, entrepreneurial, family feel.  From my engagements with the Watchdog team so far, it’s clear that they are excited about the value I can provide and are truly interested in my well-being.”

What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

“Sharing my knowledge and learning from others.  I’m a firm believer that you never stop learning.”

What are you looking to further develop at Watchdog?

“I’m looking forward to further developing relationships (internally and externally) and expanding the bench of talented project managers at Watchdog.”

What excites you about the project management industry?

“I get excited about taking a vision and turning that into reality by putting the customer first and creating memorable workplace experiences.   Having strong planning and organization skills makes this industry a perfect fit for me.  Getting to meet new people and help them solve their problems is an added bonus.”
