Watchdog welcomed five new employees to our Philadelphia and Los Angeles teams this past month. Jacob Mejia and Francine Jaramillo joined our Los Angeles office, and Claire Remy, Chris DeBellis, and Trish Fonde joined our Philadelphia office.

On the East Coast, Claire Remy joined our Philadelphia office as Marketing Coordinator. At Watchdog, she will be responsible for supporting the organization in the creation and implementation of marketing efforts and strategy as the firm continues its growth in the marketplace. She holds her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from La Salle University and earned her real estate license in the state of Pennsylvania earlier this year.

Jacob Mejia joined our Los Angeles office as Senior Project Manager. With over a decade of industry experience in the Southern California market, Jacob brings a particular expertise in the hospitality, theme park, residential, and retail environments. Jacob earned his Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering from Long Beach State University as well as his MBA from Colorado State University. He also holds his OSHA 30/10 certification.

Our Los Angeles office also welcomed Francine Jaramillo last month as Project Manager. Francine has extensive experience in theme park ride construction and ride refurbishment projects, as well as new product and process startups while managing cross-functional teams. Francine earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of California (UC), Davis, as well as a Project Management Certificate from UC, Los Angeles. She also holds her PMP certification.

Chris DeBellis joined our Philadelphia team as Senior Project Manager. Throughout his career, Chris has successfully managed large ground-up projects, heavy construction, IT workstreams, divestments, and client-employee consolidation projects for accounts spanning a variety of market sectors over the past decade. Chris holds his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University as well as his OSHA 30 certification.

Our Philadelphia office also welcomed Trish Fonde in September as Project Manager. She has a strong expertise in finance and in interior design and has worked in a variety of capacities in the industry for over 15 years. In her previous role, Trish was responsible for developing new client relationships, fostering architect/designer/engineer interfaces, and successfully bidding and managing building improvement and tenant fit-out projects. Trish holds her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Philadelphia University as well as her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Albright College. She also holds her LEED AP credential and her CPA in the state of New Jersey.
