At WPS, we believe that consistent communication with our clients is a critical component of our approach to sourcing and screening candidates. We tailor our approach to fit the needs of our clients and make sure to involve them throughout the hiring process – from the planning phase to offer acceptance.

We work free of charge, only receiving a one-time payment for services rendered if our clients hire a candidate we presented to them. In addition to our “no-strings attached” fee structure, any candidates hired through WPS will carry a 90-day guarantee. This means that if a client decides not to proceed with a candidate within the first 90 days of hiring, we will refill the position free of charge.
