Philadelphia, PA, October 11, 2016– Watchdog Real Estate Project Managers, a leading real estate owner’s representative and project management firm, announces the hiring of Paul Mascola as Associate Project Manager.
A recent graduate of Villanova University, Paul already has an impressive resume and working experience in the Philadelphia real estate market. Before joining Watchdog, Paul worked for developer Brandywine Realty Trust as a development associate. There, he focused primarily on the company’s development projects in Camden, NJ. Paul also has experience in commercial real estate brokerage, where he grew relationships and pursued market leads.
Paul’s diverse and applicable industry experience makes him an excellent member of the Watchdog team. “In addition to Paul’s impressive resume, his interest in project management makes him an ideal team member. Though Paul has experienced many aspects of the real estate process, project management is his primary focus. “My true interest is in the development and project management side of the business. Originally from the Washington DC area, Paul attended Villlanova University and is now an MBA Candidate at the Drexel University LeBow College of Business.
