Watchdog welcomed five new employees to our Philadelphia and Los Angeles teams this past winter. Jade Baldwin, Peta-Gaye Morrison, Andrew Oliver, and Heather Pierce joined our Philadelphia office, and Andrew Oliver joined our Los Angeles office.
On the East Coast, Jade Baldwin joined our Philadelphia team as Project Manager. Jade brings with her over 10 years of industry experience in a variety of capacities, including driving the management of space for multiple locations, decommissioning, exit planning, and the alignment with new building projects, people needs, & resources. Jade holds her Bachelor’s from the University of South Florida and her MBA from the University of North Carolina.
Peta-Gaye Morrison joined Watchdog as Accounting Clerk. She has over 17 years of financial experience, and will be supporting our internal accounting operations as the organization grows. Peta-Gaye holds her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Technology in Jamaica.
Watchdog’s Professional Search team welcomed Ben Moy this past month as Senior Associate Recruiter. He has over seven years of experience working as a direct-hire recruiter, and his professional recruiting experience spans numerous industries. Ben prides himself on being an excellent resource for both clients and candidates throughout the recruiting process, and has a knack for establishing longstanding relationships built on trust. Ben holds his bachelor’s in Journalism from Rider University.
In Los Angeles, Andrew Oliver joined the firm as Business Development Manager. At Watchdog, he will support the office’s growth and expansion while serving as an ambassador in the marketplace. Andrew holds his bachelor’s in History from John Brown University as well as his master’s in Latin American Studies from San Diego State University.
Professional Search also welcomed Heather Pierce as Associate Recruiter. Heather comes to Watchdog with a strong sales and recruiting background. Heather is a West Chester University alum, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Psychology.
