Natalie Malawey-Ednie is a driving force of Watchdog’s project management team. With Natalie’s oversight, the firm’s project management staff has implemented projects for institutions such as Princeton University, Grand View Health, Imvax, Spark Therapeutics, Montgomery County Community College and The Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House amongst a myriad of others. Natalie brings expert knowledge in educational, healthcare, and life science facilities, a keen understanding of fundraising requirements for non-profit organizations, and master planning amongst many others. Natalie earned her Master of Business Administration from Temple University, Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University, holds a LEED AP Professional Certification, is a Registered Architect in PA and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Anne Marie Fontaine serves as a Director with Watchdog. Since joining the firm in 2017, Anne Marie has played an integral role in the success and growth of the firm’s institutional project management sector. During her tenure with the firm, she has managed an out of the ground Orthopedic facility for Grand View Health, multiple campus improvement initiatives with The Shipley School and Church Farm School, multiple renovation projects for Philadelphia FIGHT, and has served as the Account Manager for over fifteen projects across two campuses at Montgomery County Community College. Anne Marie is a vital asset to her clients and a proud ambassador of Watchdog in the industry. She holds a Masters in Engineering Science from Pennsylvania State University as well as a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnical and State University.
