Ajay Devadanam has been a vital asset to Watchdog since joining the firm in 2011. As a project management professional, Ajay brings not only a wealth of knowledge within the industry to his clients but also a keen understanding of the intricacies involved with Staff Augmentation roles. Having spent nearly five years in a Staff Augmentation role with Spark Therapeutics, Ajay has consistently displayed the intangible skills required by a project manager when immersing themselves in another company’s culture, processes, and procedures. Throughout his career, Ajay has managed multiple large scale projects in a variety of fields spanning from corporate, life sciences, higher education and more.
Loren Shaw brings a diverse set of experience to Watchdog’s clients. Having implemented large scale complex projects in the life science, non-profit, corporate, and educational sectors, Loren brings a unique project management background to each project. During his tenure with Watchdog, he has played a pivotal role in Watchdog projects such as Datwyler’s 245,000 square foot R&D and manufacturing facility in Middletown, DE, the 153,000 square foot Ronald McDonald House Expansion project, Imvax’s 16,000 square foot R&D facility, as well as Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church’s camps expansion project to name a few. As a registered landscape architect, Loren offers a unique perspective on site development and out of the ground construction projects.
Andrew Louden is an experienced and knowledgeable project management professional with extensive expertise in the life sciences industry. He has worked on a wide range of projects ranging in size and scope from office renovations to 1.4 million square foot laboratory projects. Over the course of his career, Andrew has provided owner’s representation services on a wide variety of laboratory projects including GMP lab spaces, SMART Labs and SMART offices, vivariums, and a myriad of other specialty spaces.
