Our Recruting Process
Introduction to Watchdog
Prior to sourcing candidates, we meet with clients to understand their hiring needs. From there, we determine the criteria, including the position and cultural needs of the company, in our screening process.
Candidate Sourcing
All candidates are carefully vetted with the same screening process we use for internal hires. Clients can rely on Watchdog to receive quality candidate profiles, complete with detailed biographies developed from our screening process.
Interview Coordination
Once a client selects an interview candidate, we coordinate the interviews between the two parties. Our goal is to minimize the stress and time associated with scheduling, allowing our clients to focus on their other tasks at hand.
Client Feedback/Selection
As interviews progress, Watchdog consistently communicates with our clients. We are always available to discuss interview outcomes and follow up with candidates. We also provide decision making support when it comes time to select the best candidate for the position.
Offer & Hiring Support
