Introduction to Watchdog

Before sourcing candidates, we make sure to meet with our clients to understand their hiring needs. From there, we determine the criteria needed in our screening process. 

Candidate Sourcing

Any candidate we submit has been carefully vetted with the same screening process we use for potential internal hires. Clients can rely on Watchdog to receive quality candidate profiles, complete with detailed biographies developed from our screening process.

Interview Coordination

Once a client determines to interview a client, we coordinate the interviews with the candidate. We seek to alleviate the stress and time that goes into managing scheduling to allow our clients to focus on other tasks at hand.

Client Feedback/Selection

As interviews progress, Watchdog makes sure to have consistent contact with our clients regarding candidate feedback. We are always available to discuss outcomes of interviews and follow up with candidates as needed to gather essential information. We also provide decision making support when it comes time to select the best candidate for the job.
