Berger Montague is a full-spectrum civil litigation firm, with nationally known attorneys in Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Washington, D.C., and San Diego. Watchdog provided a full scope of project management services for Berger & Montague’s relocation from 1622 Locust Street to 1818 Market Street. Our project management team procured all project vendors and consultants, including the architect and general contractor.

Watchdog coordinated the design process to ensure the firm’s vision was captured and then managed the bidding process for construction. Once construction was underway, Watchdog provided careful construction administration. This included vetting all invoices from contracts prior to payment by the client, overseeing all construction meetings, and ensuring a successful move of employees into the new space.

The design of the space features high-end finishes with custom millwork and wood detailing. A highlight of the space is the intercommunicating staircase between the firm’s two floors. Many of the amenity spaces are highly visible throughout the entire area.
