The Church Farm School is an independent boarding and day school for boys. Church Farm School prepares a diverse group of boys with academic ability and good character to lead productive and fulfilling lives by making a college preparatory education financially accessible. Watchdog is currently managing a $15 million campus modernization plan for the school. The modernization plan consists of three main areas:
The Buck Family Center for the Arts: A newly renovated Center for the Arts, which will consolidate the school’s arts program into a centralized, modern facility complete with studios, labs, classrooms and practice & performance spaces.
Academic Building Renovations Featuring a three-story out of the ground building addition to the historic Greystock building – Hamilton Atrium: The school’s main academic building will be re-oriented to face the newly designed landscaped area.
New Entrance and School Safety Enhancements: A new entrance road to create a safer and more environmentally-sound campus approach and exit.
Watchdog is providing project management for each of these projects and coordinating all efforts across multiple consultants and the owner. Our team has consistently helped Church Farm School reduce costs by reviewing change orders, negotiating contracts and researching cost saving alternatives for all aspects of each project.
