The Coalition of Cancer Cooperative Groups is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life and survival of cancer patients by increasing participation in cancer clinical trials.
CCCG engaged Watchdog in the beginning stages of their relocation. The organization was moving approximately 80 employees to a new space within its existing building at 1818 Market Street.
Watchdog provided a full scope of project management services. Our team worked with the selected architect, Dier Brown, which is based out of Boston to produce a design that worked for the present and future of CCCG. Watchdog worked with the building landlord and the base building contractor to ensure all details of the CCCG fit-out were approved by the landlord and the base building. At the completion of the project, Watchdog managed the physical move within the building.
Watchdog closely coordinated the design between the architect and internal stakeholders. The design went through several iterations of the fit plan until CCCG’s vision was fully captured.
The space features a high-end reception area as well as a great deal of private office space. Conference rooms are located along the perimeter of the space, with a very large boardroom and kitchen/cafe area for employees.
