Delaware State University is a public university in Dover, Delaware. The university encompasses four colleges and a diverse population of undergraduate and advanced-degree students.
Delaware State University was looking for project management support for a series of on-campus deferred maintenance projects.

As the summer approached, the University’s internal facilities team lacked the bandwidth to take on any additional work. With the students off-campus for the summer, the University engaged our team to get right to work. We were mobilized and on-site full time within one week.

Watchdog acted as the University’s owner’s representative across all projects. Project scopes varied and were part of the overall facilities management program. Our team procured all vendors and consultants and oversee all work to ensure quality, timeliness and contract alignment. We managed an overall fiscal report in alignment with the University’s summer schedule to ensure that projects stayed under the approved capital spending number and were completed by the time students arrived back on campus for the fall semester.
